   Seriously, Shawcross is a butcher. Five more minutes, and a fight would have broken out.

   On another note, its good to see Arteta is still sharp, even if he wasn’t really pressured at any point during the game. A few patches of brilliance from Diaby, and a solid start for Monreal. Good win, we managed to nick it in the end

   Not sure if Monreal had a great day because he has adapted well or because there was no Vermaelen on the pitch. This must give the players some belief and good to see that Wenger’s plan of resting key players worked. Santi looked jaded in the past few games and was on the edge. An exceptional player with his ball control.

   The ref was too lenient with Stoke Shitty; it was a relief he got the right call with the call though. Walcott wasn’t treated well with couple of decisions, but he has become strong and that’s encouraging.

   Chelski lost 3-2 to Newcastle, brilliant. Lets hope we get some favours like that, while doing ourselves some favours as well.

   Oh, I almost forgot, sorry Tony Poolice. Parking the bus didn’t work this time.

   good to see arsenal battling today and not giving up they were up for the fit which was good im really impressed with monreal very good crosser, good link up play, n reading of the game he make playing simple look so good haha i thought per handled the header really well today all n all go hard fought win 1 point of everton and spurs n 5 off chelsea not bad dese up coming run of fixtures are very winnable if we remain focus keep the faith!!!!!!!

    Tony Poolice may have got a phone call from Ferguson to approach the match this way. Anyway, I think it suited us better because their normal game (against us) sees 1 or 2 players limping off the pitch.

    the offside rule did change 2 years ago in the EPL but its sad how some linesman and refs don’t understand that yet
