(Shake head)
Well, at least that’s two freaking clean sheets we have now…….. Sigh…..
we played a good game,we deserved to win both games but we have 2 clean shit and lets stay positive. soon will Giroud and podi start to score.remember that they played just 3 games one in colonge, sunderland and stoke. don’t turn your back please. but i expect yann m’vila and one defender if posible a st to sign
I know 2 draws aren’t the ideal result, but the attitude, concentration and performance was top class, a promising omen for the rest of the season. At least we didn’t lose the game. Considering the Stoke were unbeaten at home last season against the top 4 sides, I would say ‘chins up and look forward to the next match’.
fucking stoke fans. they don’t have any class at all. booing a player because he broke his leg by stoke defender. i mean what is that??!! booing just because he broke his leg? shame stoke fans.
anyway 2 clean sheets. a draw isn’t a bad result after playing with a wrestling/rugby team and that has no class fans.
STAY POSITIVE FANS!!!!! IN ARSENE WE TRUST!!!! COME ON ARSENAL!!!
It was a boring game. Great defensive works, but no-scoring attitude is just unacceptable. I don’t even see many interesting on-target shots. Today, it was just plain boring.
Seriously I really don’t see a lot of problem with defense. Steve Bould had changed a bit a things, and we are seeing the results in the first two games. Defense was really solid.
I am glad to see the development of Gibbs. The kid is 100 times better than Clichy. Diaby will be good as well. I can see he felt uncertain on the field at times. But once he gets out of his own shadows of injuries and rustiness things will be OK. I hope Giroud and Podolski get goals soon. Then I think scoring streak will for the both.
Booing Ramsey is the most classless thing fans can do. Especially he was the one got his foot broken. What a shameful bunch.
Is it a coincident that once Song is gone, defensively Arsenal looking better, more discipline at the defensive midfield area ..the Arsenal defend looked more assured against the long ball into the box and Mannone looked surprisingly confident taking the ball , the loan to Hull has improved him.
fucking shitbags stoke, im beginning to despise stoke & their imbecile fans as much as sp**s. anyway i hope the guys start to find the net soon, i think we play liverpool next & its gonna be another tough one. but hey we are still on course to finish the season unbeaten. i would rather wenger had sold van purse strings to juventus for 10 mil than to united for 24 or wotever it was, selling to rival clubs is bad business. how many players will wenger develop only for the ungrateful little cunts to jump ship for the promised land and badmouth arsenal on their way out the door. thankfully there are many remaining who are proud to play for a proper football club.
yes at least we have 2 clean sheets. compared to the other teams, our goal difference is 0, which is the best we can have in the first 2 games.
and when you look at it, big teams aren’t doing so well either. man city got 4, man u has 3, liverpool has 1, spuds has 1, and arsenal has 2, so arsenal is doing not so bad.
anyone surprised as i am to see swansea and everton in the top four and not any of the big teams??
i think we can win 3-0 vs Liverpool. with this kind of team sprit we will be keep clean shit i guess, and after that is southhampton a more attacking small club, city can we beat at our best so can we beat chelsea.
P$G drawed their 3rd game, madrid feiled to win and have 1 point from 2 matchs and 1 point from last 3 matchs.
the best is yet to come, vome on gunners, we trust in wenger, in arsene we trust and by the board we rust
i don’t know what is happening to football. loyalty is gone and now there are no big clubs anymore. almost all the clubs are at same level
give it time people the goals will come inchallah beside the goals, it was a pretty good game by the players
Excellent defensive performance. With Bould, we have a very stable defence now, even with Kos and Sagna out!
With new strikers, we will definitely have to switch back to 4-4-2, Podolski can’t put his undoubted qualities to practice from wings! Lets hope Wenger realizes this.
Hmmmm….Giroud’s shot looked good but he really should have passed it into the centre
“Passed it into the centre” to who? Ramsey? He’ll probably shoot way off target than Giroud’s ! Put your self in RVP position , he’s 29 years old his last contract and last chance to squeeze even single penny from a football club, he did Arsenal a favor by signing to MU for 24 mils pound, he could have waited out his contract and go to MU on a free transfer. SAF is desperate to win back the title from MC but Chelsea looking far better than both Manchester clubs..
Arsene should look at Damsey from Fulham he can score 20 goals with Carzola and Gervinho assisting..
@mofaz i have been saying the same thing about clint dempsey since last season, or maybe before that. he is one hell of a player & his goals & assists are priceless & he doesnt have too many bad games i doubt if he would cost more than 12-15mil at the most. i have been banging on about getting steve bould in as no2 for a while as well so hopefully the team will learn a lot from him & become a more solid defensive unit. i aint too worried about the goals, this is arsenal ffs, how could they not get goals with their style of play.
yes i agree. arsenal has to play 4-4-2. podolski isn’t his best when he plays at left-wing. i knew that since last season. he was playing left-wing for germany and he wasn’t deadly as he would have been in center.
come on wenger!! change it to 4-4-2.
szency
jenkinson, koscienly(he is coming back for liverpool so yay!) ver, gibbs
walcott,arteta,cazorla,gervinho
podolski,giroud
Clint Damsey will jump at a chance of playing for Arsenal, American Owner..CL games..plenty of talent in mid field to assist..he’s got great experience against PL clubs and he’s an intelligent player with calm and cool temper on the pitch. Arsene go get him asap!
@mofaz
dude.. what has an American owner got to do with clint dempsey joining us… then he should be going to liverpool also… lol
yes… for the other reasons he should join us.. I agree…
i think its going to be a busy deadline day like last year
i unfortunately think you’re absolutely right. as much as i hate dempsey, his reckless “shoot shoot shoot shoot” attitude would be great for arsenal…oh well
According to transfermarkt.co.uk, Arsenal had the second lowest net spending in the league, with a surplus of £11 million.
This is all about return on investments (ROI). The owners are laughing it to the bank.
