what the F, ref? what the F??
where’re the cards for the F Milan??

  2. cheatingcunts says:

look at the double standards from the referee, such a shame, milan 12th man on the pitch

  3. Sufian says:

In the second half, I enjoyed theatrics of that long neck Ibrahimovic.
Some silly fouls by Song but still, that long neck dude was pathetic. Always messes up. I want Barca to humiliate Milan at their own home now.

  4. Martian says:

Hate to say it but bad decision to chip by RVP in the 2nd half. But great game tho.. still defeat is bitter, and yes, what the rEFF?

  5. Saad says:

After the brilliant first half I really thought we could’ve gotten a 5-0 win. Second half showed a pretty mediocre performance.

But, at least we went down fighting.

  6. nickesh says:

ohh…i really thought we can go thru….whatever it is, it was one great perfomance….my salute to the team

  7. milansta says:

u motherfuckers u might have one today but we’ve kicked ur ass in san siro and we are going to the semi final =D

  8. dubbledubs71 says:

van persie did the right thing, the goalie was on the floor, chip was the right option, keeper got lucky, if rvp had another half a stride he could have roofed it, but it came to him so quick he didnt have much time to react. the ref was a complete imbecile & the cheating diving antics of van bommel & hook nose were despicable. if the team had showed half as much in the 1st leg we would no doubt be thru. but overall proud of the way the whole team played tonite, just a pity there wasnt enough quality on the bench when some players began to tire

  9. dubbledubs71 says:

@milan-bumboy go fuck yourself you mother loving cunt

  10. grumpyoddman says:

@milanista : lucky Milan. They’re nothing without the referee’s help and the home shitty pitch

  11. dubbledubs71 says:

@ milansta-bumboy go fuck yourself you mother loving cunt

  12. Martian says:

@dubbledubs71 I thought about that too and I think it might have been the case, or the ball came too early, but i still think just smashing it would have been better, perhaps might even get a deflection, but i m not him so i wouldn’t know. Yeap pity we lost 2 of our most dangerous players in Walcott and AOC

  13. henry says:

Feel the playing Spurs, International and Liverpool and now milan might just have fatigued the players. But what incredible spirit and desire by Arsenal. Shows what they can do on a good football pitch to Milan who are slow, theatrical and arrogant(two keepers on the bench). Well played arsenal. Arsenal are a true team play for each other rather than Milan who rely on individuals. If arsenal can do this today i can’t wait to see fabregas and co rip milan apart.

    In arsene we trust.

  14. Mofaz says:

Great overall performance..heroic but a goal too far..no shame though and we near got those cock sucking football pundits eatin their words ..

  15. Son says:

Arsenalist why didnt you write a title on how brilliantly Arsenal played tonight?? Do you only write one when we play bad??

  16. arshavin says:

have you considered creating an arsenalist app?

  17. GUNNER says:

Arsenal played briliant, but still we could have won if we could have had a better bench, i had believe in though out the match until chamackh came for chembo, then i knew we couldn’t score, hope chamackh, djourou, aluminia, park and benouyon and also squalici must leave, but we must have a better bench,
REMEMBER WE PLAYED GOOD AND WE WON THE GAME, BY 3-0 IN EMARETES, I LOVED HOW THE FANS WERE TOO, NEXT IS NEWCASTLE AT HOME, LETS CONSENTRATE TO FINISH ABOVE SPURS.

  18. Wanger says:

    let’s concentrate on spelling properly…

  19. gooner says:

Even though we lost, it is a win for us
    Go Arsneal
    proud to be a gooner
    let’s win agaist newcastle now

  20. gooner says:

    fuck you @milansta
shitty ac milan just won because of their pitch and ref
we ruled this whole match, they couldn’t do shit
if you like ac milan why are you on the website seeing arsenal amazing goals. why don’t you go watch your pathetic goals on your own website?
    fucking cunt

  21. gooner says:

    i know you @henry

  22. fras says:

Any video of the RVP miss/saved chip?

  23. fras says:

I just saw it somewhere else… no doubt he should have smashed it. He had more than enough time. I wish I never watched that.

  24. ramsi says:

Are you going to upload the after the match interviews?

  25. Gnostradamus says:

Son, you happy about us going out of all the cups?

  26. gooner says:

    great song about arsenal guys
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEvlnGw_hRw
    always a gooner

  27. budski says:

@dubbledubs71 i agree with you i think rvp was way too close to the keeper when he got the ball, the only reasonable reaction was to chip it, otherwise it would hit the keeper anyway. just lacking a bit of luck is all.
@gunner we actually do have good subs, except they’re all out injured, the ones that were on the bench yesterday was all that arsene have left, not much option to go from there really. so another bad luck i guess.

  28. Koolio says:

We would have won, but OX got injured. that when our midfield was open, he closed everything down while Song was given the CAM role with rosicky. Listen guys, I know we say it every year, but thats because it is true. If these guys STAY together, we will be european champions, its as simple as that.

  29. Einareen says:

What a performance! Brilliant. Too bad we went out but… Damn, that was sick.

  30. reckless says:

those cunts went through owing to unfortunate circumstances in the first leg. They really dont deserve it, but this game showed the real gunners and the wannabe. I saw the same guys there during the bad times. We have taken from this season enough lessons. If Wenger make the right decisions for the coming season, things can get much better and we scare again. Wenger has to forget about his timid finance plans, sign a center back, keep RvP, and get rif of the deadwood “well known to everybody”. Podolski will join us defintely next summer. Many don´t like him. I think he is a right choice a young powerful pacy with strong left shots and many cups on his belt. I ´d prefere him rather than Arshavin, thoug Arshavin is more talented but consider he took the position where he couldn´t make use of this natural gift. In the midfield he won´t have a chance after the return of Wilshire.

  31. dubbledubs71 says:

@koolio i agree 100%, ox going of made all the difference, two players with most pace were subbed & that changed everything. what we saw last nite was the vision that wenger saw for this team. we rarely get to see a full strength arsenal team these days, bar wilshire playing that was as close as we get & they were brilliant, solid in defence, awesome in attack & working as a unit. hope this lets a few teams know that we are not gonna be pushed around so easily. need to keep rvp at all cost & sign 1 or two players & hope to offload some of the deadwood in the summer @arsenalist any chance of uploading schnezy celebrating the 2nd goal? he was going apeshit & it was hilarious

  32. Jellykid says:

I still think RVP made the right decision of chipping it, he was just plainly unlucky. I kept watching the reply of the footage and he couldn’t just hit it to each corners because the keeper was really close to it so angle wasn’t there clearly and couldn’t move the ball away to get a clearer shot because the milan defender was about a feet away and could have intercepted it.

The commentators will call that a sitter but to me it wasn’t. The keeper is less than a feet away from it. We were unlucky..

  33. yessir says:

Proud of that performance. Gunners just ran out of gas and players at the end. Rosicky in particular was great in my opinion. He was the key in pushing the midfield forward and wasn’t afraid to play threatening balls (unlike Ramsey and Arteta). Hopefully this momentum carries us through the rest of the league.

  34. Big Dave says:

This season, now he is fit, we are finally seeing what RvP is capable of. We all know that, but you could change that to say Rosicky – he seems to be getting his fitness back and now his confidence and he’s looking like the genius we signed. After chasing shadows against Liverpool at the weekend, I think that the spine of our team, RvP, Rosicky, Song, Verminator and Kozza must have been knackered. By the end they were playing on instinct and Milan could have scored a few. But that’s not a criticism – we did what we had to do, and went for it. It was a bridge too far, but admire the team for how close we made it. There was some team spirit there which hasn’t always been evident. Now let’s nick third off the Spuds, and finish the season on a high!

  35. K.I. says:

    Podolski to Arsenal. Transfer complete!
    13 Mio. Euro

    great Player!

  36. Gnostradamus says:

A big upside to going out of the clubs is there’s nothing but league games left. Players should be much more rested, given our depleted squad that is small to begin with.

  37. Tieneich says:

They really can walk off the field with their chins up.

I was in tears when the third goal went in, but too early perhaps.

The last three matches had been play with 200% heart and soul.

I just hope they are rested well enough against Newcastle.

I really like this offensive formation though.

It has the combination of speed and strength.

  38. gooner says:

@arsenlist, could you please upload the reaction of arsenal at the end of the game?

    great performance
    keep it up gunners
    and it’s arsenal
    arsenal fc
we are by far the greatest team
    the world has ever seen!!

  39. Gnostradamus says:

    On RVP chip,

First of all, Rosicky released the ball too soon again, just like he did earlier in the game. He needs to hold onto the ball until the defender’s committed before sending it, and he also sent it too close, almost behind Gervinho, which didn’t allow the latter to speed towards goal.

As for RvP, he could chip it to his right he could’ve done it to his left. The goalie was shaping towards where RVP was coming from, so he could’ve leaned back and used the outside of his foot to chip to the far corner. Completely understandable, given the lack of time for thinking, but I’d put it down as an error nonetheless.

  40. VAN GUNNSIE says:

If you haven’t seen this video yet check it out. Former Arsenal player Charlie Nicholas goes crazy watching the match. I think this is exactly what every true Gooner was feeling and reacting throughout the match…especially that RVP chip moment.

  41. reckless says:

if Wenger wants to keep RvP then he must beat MANC and reduce their chance of winning the PL. Then it will be convincing “as I wish” that money alone can´t buy neither trophy nor silverware. MANU is more consistent and I think this time they will beat MANC at Eittihad.

  42. Alex says:

Do you have a clip of Vermaelen being blocked off by Mexes by any chance? Still baffled how the ref got that one wrong. It was at the start of the second half.

    Cheers, great site btw.
