A decent game! But it should’ve been over much be4 the penalty! But still more match time n hopefully this only gets them playing better!
N Man U got trashed!!! HA!
Well done lads – way to put Bruce’s nose out of joint… (Oh, aye)
Pat Rice and Wenger will be going nuts with Dean Gaffney in Chinawhite tonite – “one more chune!” – indeed.
Up the Gunners.
Support Man United?? – would be like supporting a glass of tapwater. bland tramps.
DUDE you get quiker everytime you upload highlights! keep it up
great win LMAO at man utd!!
I just watch the game on TV….Why is it that after Cesc got the goal from the penalty, no teammates go to hug him or congratulate him? Did I see correctly? anyone from the stadium can enlighten me or correct me?
Gotta say Almunia had a great game, he pulled off quite a few impressive saves to preserve the 3 points… he’s not great, but I’d say he’s quite solid and he does what you’d expect from a goalkeeper. Eboue had a great game too, and he’s a lot better in RB than MF.
@DF i second that question.
@5: After some time his mates followed and i think you shouldn’t think too much about it
.
@Game: Great Game, but we should have killed it after 20 minutes or so
. Eboue had a GREAT game, also Nasri and Song. Silvestre was awful, hopefully Gallas will be fit for the Stoke Game.2 Points ManU, 6 Points Chelski, COME ON THE ARSENAL.
what a good day for arsenal. MU lost 3-1. feels good. solid game from almunia, must say he looked confident today… we created plenty of chances and were rewarded with three points.
The gme should ve been 4 – 0 or somethin. Arsenal still needs to work. Eboue and Song were fantastic and bendtner is just nt delivering yet. He played a total shmuck game. Anywys, atleast this adds up to the confidence meter which would lighten up the spirits in the upcoming fixtures.
l… good to see that we arnt dead yet and that they carry on the good job, song was here to protect our fabregas today , bendtner got some confidence and eboue show he got talent…
Last year we would have draw or lost the game after missing to kill the game… this year we win it
man u lost to everton ,chelski lost to everton so we should send a big big thx to the toffee to those result … now just wait and see…
In Mr Wenger we Trust ( and are behind the professor no matter what)
Just keep on winning…
EBOUEEEEE. MY FAV ARSENAL PLAYER LOL. ALONGSIDE BENDTNER AND CESC.CUM ON..
Walcott was really awfull today. I think he should go on loan to maybe portsmouth.
i think the only edgy person today was silvestre. bendtner is getting better since he came back from injury, it will still take a little more time i think to come back to good form. as for walcott. i think he had a 50-50 game. i wouldnt say it was bad, but no where near his potential. he seems to lack that flair. which eboue was boastin today. by far the best man on the pitch.
Haha! You got to love the crowd! When fabregas scored, the commentator said: “Goalscorer, Cesc…” an the crowd: “Fabregas!!!”
[...] Arsenal 2 (Bendtner 27, Fabregas pen 90+3) – Sunderland 0 Match Report | Highlights [...]
Great game but we had a bit of luck when Jones didnt score that great opportunity LOL. Lucky us. But Eboue were great yesterday.
@arsenalist plz upload the highlights on dailymotion plz.
We got a great choice now with eboue if arsenal wanna play more at front they start with eboue when we got 2-0 3-0 lead then sagna take over
Nasri was also great walcott most learn to controll the ball and start getting goals
Winning is everything for sure…
I like the progresses of Theo and Bendtner as well. Not that they did much last night, but Theo did make better runs instead of pushing into 4 defenders. Bendtner also had better controls and positions. Together with Arshavin on the left, this will be a really decent front 3.
Also, I love Rambo and all, but I still wish to have Diaby on the field.
we go to stoke on saturday….our bogey team…and were playing away…we really need a win…good thing is weve been doing well without diaby, arshavin, gallas(song *porto)recently…a win against stoke will put us in full confidence….and chelski & ManEwww will drop points guaranteed…(wish they draw when they face each other rather than one of them getting all 3….) but we can win the epl…
is it just me or is everyone favouring eboue over sagna?
The Cescspeculation is on every Gunners mind of late – personaly I think he will go – and although we’d all miss him I think Arsenal will be okay without him. People have been unkind about Wenger saying he should stand in his way. Although Arsene is an OG – he’s no P.I.M.P. He won’t make a whore of his players. Look at Kenwyn Jones – he obviously does not wanna be there and look how bad he is playing. Anyway rant over – Stoke play hatefully and will be hard to break down but I hope Arsenal will win.
Fuck Spurs.
@ Baregooner. Ive always said Eboue was my fav player. lol. he is just a good character personaly and he has a lot of flair which comes handy all the time he plays. I will still rather have sagna at right back but it will be nice to have eboue on the team too. for he provides that unpredictability bt against stoke i will say it will be safer to have sagna as he is more of a defender and we need that against those big stoke twats lol. But ey. lets win boys come on we gt the whole week to rest. we have to do it!. we can steal the premier league lol. it will be nice. I have this dream that on the last day it cud be the decider. and Arsenal might need a draw or a win on the last game. oh that wud be nice!!! haha its a dream though bt yeh we can do it. chelsea and man u definitely will drop points. I HAVE TO SAY THANK U TO EVERTON . THEY ARE TOOO MUCH LOL

Haha! You got to love the crowd! When fabregas scored, the commentator said: “Goalscorer, Cesc…” an the crowd: “Fabregas!!!”
——————————————————————-
ummm that was kind of the point *facepalm*
have you even been to an arsenal game? the speaker at the start will go through all of the arsenal players… William…. *Crowd* Gallas, same for when they score…
should have been 20-0!
Our strikers are just too nice n soft, we need arrogant, selfish, brutal and most importantly one that tumble convincingly in the box type of striker .. just like Drogba..
@BajeGooner & @ shocking. Yup….Eboue is a better right back at the moment in our squad. He’s improve a lot to compare with a year ago. At the moment, i prefer him to play at right back because he can defend and most of all he provide extra flair and new dimension in our attack. Sagna is a good right back too. Last season, i’ll rate him as the best right back in the league, but at the moment we need the extra from Eboue who dare to penetrate opposition left back.
Come on Gunners!!!
@haza
No, i havent been on many games, but i watch every single one. And i didnt know the crowd thing either… Im from Norway so i dont really get the opportunity to see matches in England
After watching the highlights again, I have to say we were a bit lucky on a couple of occasions. Silvestre can’t seem to keep up with opposing forwards any more and while Walcott used his speed to get passed the likes of McCartney, his passing and on the ball skills are lacking a bit. Bendtner needs several more games to get his finishing up to par. Hopefully Gallas (and RVP!) get back soon.
@ Oh dnt worri about it Norwegian fag we all learn a thing once in a while. lol they do it wen announcing the players and wen they score aswell. atleast ur a fan.
I think RVP and Djourou are both coming back (supposedly) in late April, so this may be the squad that we need to get used to. The real shame is that Gibb is out for the season (supposedly). I don’t know if Arsene started Theo for Capello or not, but it sure was a good move for all. I didn’t remember seeing TW14 ran like that this whole season, so I was really happy to see the progress. The touch and crosses will come back. Bendtner was, on the other hand, dribbling and passing well. Finding net is the next task, and hopefully it won’t take long.
If Gallas is not back by next game, I hope we at least get to see Sol. And if Diaby and Shava can come back healthy, it will be great!
just saw this this morning… http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/feb/23/premier-league-clubs-europe-debt
Premier League clubs owe 56% of Europe’s debt
• English club’s debt mountain reaches £3.5bn
• Uefa’s financial report highlights ‘clear warning signs’
so i think the fact the club is building good financial ground will be a strenght in the near futur..
GUnner For a long and healthy life
Anyone knows ‘our’ debt?
I hope chelsea lose against city or atleast draw then only 4 or 3 points later man u surly do a draw against liverpool or something
check thid blog of this arsenal fan .. he make sens i think
http://blog.emiratesstadium.info/2010/01/club-owners-club-morals-club-debt-how-arsenal-are-different/
the debt report from August last year last year:
Arsenal have debt and that is well known. Our debt is broken into two elements, the £135milion used to develop Highbury and the £232million used to build the Emirates. It is the first of these loans that is concerning the club and the directors are trying to renegotiate a loan extension as the housing market has collapsed and the club will find it difficult to pay this loan by April 2010. Our annual interest payment is £17million, whilst our profits before interest is £48million. This is adequate cover and does not in any way necessitate Wenger having to sell players to finance the interest payments.
The press have not yet looked into the United finances and the fact that Fergie has not spent the transfer fee received from Ronaldo, but if they dig a little they will find a club in deep financial quagmire.
So it mean that this year the debt is even lower … cos we sold flat from highbury ground .. plus we paid this year interest for the emirate , sold 2 player , didnt buy much and so on …
Arsenal Finances – The Best in The Premier League
Posted on September 29, 2009
Arsenal announced their financial results for the year ending 31 May 2009 and the news is great on all fronts.
Revenue from football activities is up £18million due to our extended runs in both the FA Cup and the Champions League. When people say qualification to the knock-out stage of the Champions League is worth £20million that is not far off the mark.
The figures include profit on sale of player registrations of £23million; this is the income we received from the sale players plus sell-on clauses for Bentley and Diarra. The net profit on transfer dealings for the year was £5.2million; this was due to the purchase of Arshavin being included in these figures. So yet again Wenger has turned a profit for the club. Unless we buy anyone in January, the profit for the year 2009/10 will be in the region of £30million on player trades.
The best news comes from the loan on Highbury Square and the sale of flats.
The club had told us that up to last November only 90 flats we sold. There were stories, notably in the Guardian that we had only sold 2 flats since then. The loan associated with the flats was due for repayment in April 2010. Arsenal was facing financial oblivion.
The club re-negotiated the loan repayment to December 2010, which is great news. But the news improved, the club had sold 208 flats as at May 2009 reducing the loan from £135million to £124million. Since then the club has gone into overdrive and has now sold 445 flats out of 655 flats, bringing in income of £172million and reducing the loan to £47million. The club has 210 flats to sell and will generate around £80million, hopefully by the December 2010. This will give Wenger a bonus of £40million.
When people say we have no money, look at the balance sheet, £99million cash at the end of May. Part of this cash mountain was early season ticket money, though not in its entirety, if you add to this the £30million net transfer from the summer activities and the balance of season tickets, the club must be sitting on a cash balance of around £130million, not bad for a club that is in financial crisis.
Now that we have seen the figures, we can rest assured that the club is now in a better financial position than we were being led to believe by many pundits. The football operation made a profit of £43million excluding transfers. The interest payments were £17million. Next time idiots on the radio say Arsenal have massive interest payments remember these figures and quote them back, even after the interest the club makes £26million profit a year.
btw im a bit ignorant in these matters. but where the hell does real madrid and barca (zlatan) get the money to buy such expensive playes… really wtf?!?!
zlatan didnt cost much cos they give etoo + 40 million so he came cheap actually , but for madrid its done to the bank + marchandizing
…wonder does Wenger accept Housing Benifet?? lol! – would love a flat in Highbury Square.
Why use words like ‘c*nt’ – doesn’t reflect well on other gooners.
Thanks for all your efforts that you have put in this. very interesting information.
