Cheeky finish by vp on his second goal! Good result, especially considering Chelsea drew, and City crashed out at home to Nottingham Forest.

sorry if i’m a little negative but i think this team was easy and we cant count on this game we must win premier league’s games and champions….they are the real games.

farshid. Have you ever considered why the FA Cup is considered the one of the world-class cups? Because they have the daily dose of SHOCKS, MAGIC, and HENRY FINISHING (ok maybe not.). Our chances of winning the PL still stand at 4th best. Nothing more, nothing less. But what I can tell you is that if Arsene Wenger buys the right players (I.E. A certain 22 year old DM.), we might be as good as 2nd favourites. Bless the Raptors. I thought they might actually start performing a little up to standard after finally winning one. Well, we can’t all be Blackburn now can we?

Well done as usual, Arsenalist (I missed the highlights here in Blighty due to unwell children in the evening!)
If Arsene continues to take it seriously we have a chance in the FA Cup. League title is well out of sight now, CL a lottery.

Hmm.
Major Question: Will we, as Gooners, be satisfied if we win the FA Cup, crash out of the CL at the semifinals, & come 4th in the Prem?
Because i don’t mean to be pessimistic but that’s what I think might happen if nothing changes…
What do y’all think?

Quinster, count me as part of the crowd that will be more than happy to just win some silverware. If the CL happens, great, but the FA Cup is good enough for now. At least we’ll get to play in the Community Shield
After going years without winning anything meaningful (Emirates cup does’t count), anything will do.
