Yeah still better than Laker tickets. When I went a few years ago, I paid $220 a seat for four people. And, by the way, they were playing the Raptors.

I actually paid $120 for that. The guy I bought it off paid $54 for it.

You got a ticket to a playoff game for only $54? Holy cow! Down here in LA, you can’t even get a regular season seat in the nose-bleed section for that price! (not that you’d want it, the way we’ve been playing) yep, I’m afraid my Lakers glory days are over.

t.j ford can expose jason kidd’s slowness on defense, he just needs to pick his spots. rasho nesterovic and mikki moore taking 17 footers, the NBA’s better off with manu ginobili flopping all over television.

i was thinking the same thing about the red jerseys, but truth be told, I kind of like the red. i perferred the purple because it was a unique color around the league, but what are you going to do? i am glad we did away with the pinstripes on the jerseys, that was hurting.

i guess I am naive, but it didn’t dawn on me that the nets wore their alternative jersey on purpose…in retrospect, it seems like the only conclusion.

i expect morris peterson to log much more minutes, at the expense of graham. gheradini (i dont remember seeing colangelo, but i assume he was) looked pretty disgusted during the game. i think a conversation with mitchell was had.

throwing different looks at kidd wouldnt be a bad idea. he is such a good basketball player, and adepts well. keeping him on his toes will make him have to adjust, which could reduce his production. same goes for carter and jefferson. i just hope we dont play zone on defense. i wasnt impressed with how it was executed the few times it was employed during the regular season.

as far as nav…who really cares? i am much more concerned with what goes on couart. i am sure he will get some flack for it though, and i can appreciate where some people are coming from, but whatever…

as far as game 2, i am much more confident than i was going into game 1. i wasnt sure which team was going to come out in game 1, but i am pretty sure bosh and mitchel (hopefully) make the right adjustments, and come out firing.

clearly the nets were under estimated by a lot of people. they match up really well with the raptors, but as good as this nets team is, they are vulnerable…just have to strike when the iron is hot, and that is now baby.

Great post man. People are over-reacting to the whole SuperFan thing. Let the guy be. He’s not the reason we lost.
